It will arrive as a private, downloadable audio file you can listen to anytime.

Ideally, listen to your unique personal recording for at least 21 days, either in the morning or before sleep.

You can listen to it anytime – it’s just that forming a ritual is easier this way.

Once a day is enough. Of course, you’re welcome to listen to it more often.

Some of my clients listen to their signature recording as inspiration in the morning.

Others listen to it before going to bed at night because it helps them sleep peacefully.
